RETURN POLICY

1. The Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, we cannot accept returns over 30 days. All items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all original packaging, components, manuals, and documentation. The products non-defective / non-damaged returns are responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a 20% restocking fee, and customer pay return shipping.

2. All products require a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before being returned. This number can be obtained by contacting us by email [email protected] 

3. All products defective / damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours and your package must be returned or postmarked within five business days from receipt so that we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will gladly replace item/s damaged during shipping. However, we ask that you follow the above instructions provided.

4. Customers who refuse delivery of an item that they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a 20% restocking fee, and customer pay return shipping

5. Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address or are not available to receive a shipment are responsible for the shipping costs of the order. We will try our best to keep track of all orders and will notify customers of additional shipping information needed for delivery. 

REFUND POLICY

1. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of the defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

2. If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. 

3. You can expect your refund within 01 weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner.

4. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of your request for refunds to appear on your Card/Paypal. 

5. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with your refund details.
